The Texas Institute For Peptide Ethics and the Texas Animal Peptide Research Ethics Institute operates exclusively for scientific, educational, and charitable purposes, specifically to maintain and operate independent Institutional Review Boards (IRBs) responsible for ethical oversight of investigational peptide research involving both human and animal subjects.
